Truvista Fiber is making the move to paperless billing to make things easier and more convenient for our customers. Going forward, bills will be delivered electronically instead of by mail. If you prefer to keep receiving a paper bill, you can request one anytime through the Truvista Fiber portal or by contacting Customer Service. A $5 monthly fee will apply for residential customers requesting a postal paper bill, and a $10 monthly fee for business customers requesting a postal paper bill.

How to Change Your Preference
Beginning December 1, all Truvista Fiber customers will be automatically enrolled in paperless billing for a faster, easier, and more secure way to view and manage your account. If you still prefer to receive a paper bill by mail, you can make that request through the Truvista Fiber portal or by contacting Customer Service. Please note that postal bills include a $5 monthly charge for residential customers, and a $10 monthly charge for businesses.
