What are the eligibility requirements?

To qualify:

  • Must have a broadband internet plan of $50/mo. or more (excluding equipment & managed WiFi)
  • Must reside at the service location receiving the discount
  • Only one discount per household/account
  • Discounts cannot be combined

*Please note: This discount applies to broadband services only and is not applicable to voice-only or video-only services

How do I apply for a Preferred Discount?

To apply, please email Preferreddiscounts@truvista.biz with the following:

  • Your account number
  • Your service address
  • The type of discount you are applying for
  • Proof of eligibility (see below)
  • Proof of residence (in the form of one of the following):
    > A valid driver’s license showing your current address, OR
    > A recent utility bill (within the last 60 days) in your name
DOCUMENTATION
What is the required documentation for proof of eligibility?

Please include one of the following based on eligibility:

  • Military:Valid military ID
  • Veteran:Proof of service (such as discharge papers)
  • Teacher:Current paystub or letter from employer
  • First Responder:Current paystub or letter from employer
WHAT TO EXPECT
I submitted my application! When can I expect to hear back?

Please allow up to 7 days for application review. If approved, the discount will be applied within 1 to 2 billing cycles.
