What is changing?

We are moving our payment processor to Paymentus giving us the ability to utilize leading edge security and the newest features giving our customers options.

What payment methods and payment options are available?

Upon initial rollout you will have access to pay online using Visa, Master Card, Discover, AMEX and ACH Echeck.

When will the new system be implemented?

Our scheduled date to go live with the new system is July 21st.

Will there be an interruption of online Truvista Fiber bill payment services during the update?

Customers should not experience any interruption.

Can I use these options to pay a reconnect fee?

Yes. Once the fee has been applied to your next bill, you can use our online bill pay for reconnect fees.

Where do I find my new bill?

Your bill will be in the customer portal.

Will I still receive a paper copy of my bill?

Unless you have signed up for paperless billing, you will still receive a paper bill. To sign up for paperless billing today go to: https://ipn4.paymentus.com/cp/tvc and login to your Customer Portal. See example below.

Is there a processing fee for online payment methods?

No processing fee will be applied to online payment methods.
