You can pay online using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, and ACH/eCheck.

Will there be an interruption of online Truvista Fiber bill payment services during the update?

Customers should not experience any interruption.

Can I use these options to pay a reconnect fee?

Yes. Once the fee has been applied to your next bill, you can use our online bill pay for reconnect fees.

Where do I find my new bill?

Your bill will be in the customer portal.

Will I still receive a paper copy of my bill?

Unless you have signed up for paperless billing, you will still receive a paper bill. To sign up for paperless billing today go to: truvista.net/payment   and login to your Customer Portal. See example below.

Is there a processing fee for online payment methods?

No processing fee will be applied to online payment methods.
