Truvista is proud to welcome PlantTel into our growing family of markets we serve Truvista Communications (“Truvista”) today announced that it has closed its previously announced transaction in which Truvista acquired Plant Telephone Company (“PTC”) and Plant Telecommunications Sales & Services, Inc. (“PTS”) (together “PlantTel”). The combined entity will operate under the Truvista name. The combination of Truvista and PlantTel will create a leading broadband services and technology company, serving customers in North Central South Carolina, Northeast Georgia, and Southern Georgia.
