PROGRAM DETAILS/ELIGIBILITY
Referrer (the person who makes a referral): To be eligible you must be a current TruVista customer in good standing. You can earn a maximum of five (5) referral rewards in a 12 month period, beginning with the date you were issued your first reward. Self referrals will not be accepted.
Referee (the person who receives a referral): To be eligible to earn a referral reward you must activate a new TruVista service and supply the referral card/certificate at the time of activation. Referees, who earn their first reward for being referred, are eligible to earn four additional rewards for referring others in their first year of subscribing to the TruVista service.
Services eligible for referral are:
Telephone, Cable TV, Internet, Security, and Wireless.
Please note that following types of service plans/accounts do not qualify for participation in the Refer-A-Friend program:
1) Prepaid wireless plans
2) Corporate or Government accounts
3) Any wireless account with 6 or more lines
The referred customer's account must be active for 30 days before either credit is issued. Credit will be issued to the referring and referred customer's account in the billing cycle following the 30-day requirement.
